  • How do I pay for an order?

    MotherWar accepts payments through PayPal, credit cards, and debit cards. MotherWar's website is encrypted with 128-bit security (SSL secure connection) so your personal information is safe. Also, we do not store your credit card information, all the information is sent directly to the associated bank.

    Credit and debit card payments are processed by Braintree.

    You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal.

  • Why was my credit card declined?

    To start with, please make sure all fields are entered correctly. Make sure your name and your billing address exactly matches the ones your bank has on file.  Unfortunately, we receive very little information as to why your credit card is declined, so the best thing to do is for you to contact your credit card company or bank.

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    Orders generally ship out within 2-5 business days of your purchase, and you can estimate the date of arrival by the shipment times at checkout and in your order confirmation, based on the shipping method chosen by you.

    It typically takes 3-8 days for orders to arrive at U.S. and Canadian customers. International orders usually take 2-4 weeks to arrive once shipped from our U.S. fulfillment center. Please, be advised, most shipping services work only on business days, Monday through Friday.

    If the order is fulfilled from our Europe warehouse, the usual shipping time is 5-10 business days, for European countries.

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. International orders do not benefit from postage tracking services.

  • Is there a way to find out about new designs and special offers from MotherWar?

    Yes, there is! One way is by signing up for the newsletter, of course! By joining you'll receive promotions and info about upcoming designs in your inbox.

    Another way is by following us on social media. We love to interact with all of you guys, so we will use the social media platforms to organize small contests, just a way to say: Hey! Thank you for following us! You're awesome! :)

  • How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter if I do not have a MotherWar account?

    Email us at newsletter(@) and one of our customer service representatives will unsubscribe your email address. 

  • When's your next sale?

    To be honest, we organise sales, promotions, special deals at random. Usually we announce it at least a day before, through social media platforms and newsletters.

  • How do I find my size?

    You'll find a section containing the size chart on each product's page.  Compare your body measurements to the measurements of each size to find the one that fits you best. To determine your chest measurements, measure under your arms around the fullest part of the bust. Make sure to keep the measuring tape at a comfortably loose level, do not tight it up against your body. 

    Please note, our products are usually snug fit and run small.

  • What size should I order?

    All tees are measured in flat inches and centimeters, so if you have a product you particularly enjoy the fit of you can lay it flat and measure it to compare to our size chart.  Please note, 100% cotton shirts can shrink depending on the method of washing so if you are in between sizes you may want to order up to be safe, considering we use snug fit style products.

    All inquiries are answered in the order received. We try and respond to your email as quickly as possible, usually within 1 business day.

  • Do you offer Gift Vouchers?

    Yes we do! If you want to surprise a friend, or you're unsure about a size, you can purchase a gift voucher here:, where you will also find the necessary steps to order a gift voucher.

    We recommend double-checking the recipient's email address before finalizing your order.

  • How do I use a Gift Voucher that has been given to me?

    First, you need to add the desired items to your cart.

    During checkout, enter your gift voucher in the voucher code box. If you received your gift voucher through email, your voucher code should be in that email. If you received a printed gift voucher, your code should be found written on the voucher.

    Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.

    If you’re spending more than the value of your gift voucher, you must pay for the remaining balance with credit card or PayPal.

  • What are your return policies?

    All exchanges and refunds must be done in a timely manner (less than 30 days from receiving the item).

    Note that we cannot exchange or return items that have been washed (trust me, you can tell), worn (besides being tried on, of course), have any animal hair on them, are dirty, or that have bonus smells (perfume, oils, stinkiness).

    We can only accept returns on products that have arrived damaged, or have certain quality control issues(misprints, etc.). We do not accept returns for wrong sizing items.

    You are responsible for shipping the product to MotherWar.

  • Do you ship to international locations?

    Yes, we ship worldwide, with very few exceptions: Cuba, Islamic Republic of Iran, and Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea).

  • How will my order be shipped?

    Both U.S. and Canadian orders will be shipped through APC Postal Logistics.

    European orders will be shipped through Latvian postal service, and reach its destination using the national postal service of the destination country.

  • Can you ship my order to a different address than my billing address?

    During checkout, you can specify a shipping address, if it's different from your billing address.

  • Where do you ship from?

    We send our orders from three fulfillment centers: 

    Los Angeles, California, U.S. 

    Charlotte, North Carolina, U.S.

    Riga, Latvia, Europe

  • How can I track my order once it has shipped?

    Shipping is done through APC Postal Logistics when shipped from our U.S. fulfillment center. International shipments do not benefit from full postal tracking services. The tracking only works until the package leaves the US. A tracking number will be sent to you in your shipping confirmation email. You can also find the tracking number in your account. It may take up to 48 hours before a tracking number is registered in APC's system, so please be patient.

    Shipping from our European fulfillment center is done through Latvian Postal Office, and full tracking depends on the destination country's national postal services.

  • What can I do if I haven't received my order yet?

    First, check your Order Status to make sure all the details are correct.

    If you placed a Domestic (US) order:

    Check the tracking number from the shipping confirmation email. If your tracking number has not been updated recently, or if it shows the order as delivered but you haven't received it, contact your local post office to see if they might be holding the package. Since some packages can be delivered to the wrong door, it's also a good idea to check outside your home, in the near proximity or with neighbors. Sometimes the postman will hide a shipment or leave it with a neighbor if no one is home to accept it.

    If you placed an International (non-US) order:

    Check the expected delivery time frame in your shipping confirmation email. International orders can take up to 5 weeks for delivery, but if you still do not receive your package after the time frame provided, check with your local postal office and/or contact the customs office to see if they might be holding your package.

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    Of course! We offer free standard shipping worldwide for orders of $120 or more, calculated after all discounts and coupons are applied. Free shipping also applies to domestic orders over $70 (U.S. and Canada).

  • How do I change my password?

    You can change your password at any time, by clicking here, or directly from your account.

  • What happens if I forgot my password?

    Just click here, and enter the e-mail address associated with your account. You will receive an email with a new password, which can be changed from your account settings.

  • Why don't I have an account? I have already placed an order.

    Placing an order or subscribing to the newsletter doesn't automatically create an account for you. You would've had to open an account separately when you placed your order. If you don't have an account with us, you can open one by clicking here

  • Will I receive an order confirmation?

    You will get an email confirming that we have received your order, right after placing it. A second email will be sent when your package will be shipped. This second email will also contain the tracking number, if available. If you haven't received any emails, please check your spam folder. Please contact us if you do not receive any email from us at all.

  • How do I checkout?

    It's really simple!

    After you've added the desired items to cart, click on the top-right cart icon, and a section will appear below it, listing your selected items. There, click on the "Checkout" button.

    The checkout process involves a two steps: All you have to do is enter your personal details, select the desired Shipping method, select your desired Payment method, click "Order" and you will be taken to another page to enter your payment details. 

    That's about it! After this, we'll send you an email with your order information and another email when we ship your package.

  • How do I check my order status?

    If you have an account and were logged in when you placed your order, you can track your order status by clicking on the desired order in the "Order History" section of your account. 

    If you don't have an account at MotherWar, or didn't used one while placing your order, you can go to the Order Tracking page and enter your order ID and email address. You can find the Order ID and the email address in the confirmation email we sent you.

  • I received a Damaged Item, what do i do?

  • What currency is used on the site?

    All prices are in United States Dollars (USD).

  • When do I get my refund from a cancelled order?

    If you cancel an order, you'll be reimbursed in the original form of payment. Paypal payments, coupon codes and gift vouchers are refunded in a matter of hours. Credit card refunds usually take a few business days, but can take up to a month depending on the card company/bank.
